Ward, Yes, it'll be a feat of madness to bring this one back from the dead. But, I have never backed down from a challenge and lost. With proper planning and lots of research combined with a pile of cash, I should be able to pull it off. Dont worry about offending me, Im a person that knows alot abo...

There are actually only 3 cracks but 5 pictures showing with and without flash. Later, Mike http://bnbrepairservices.spaces....

Hi guys. Its been awhile since my last post, so I thought I better update. Learning the Desoto hemi line is a challenge to say the least. I do have a couple questions after I tell you how my destoto 341 is coming along. My cost to purchase the locked up 341 4bbl block- $250! :o The engine is in my p...

Decode S26
Bill, You surely are an expert in this arena. How interesting, your knowledge of the "other" engines' lap's over into the Desoto line. Since I have a Desoto hemi, I'm far less knowledgeable of the other manufacturers. I've limited myself to only Desoto research/reference. Thanks for settin...

OBDII trouble code P0456
The most common solution is to replace the gas cap. :o If the problem arises again look for: 1. EVAP canister hose cracked or not connected 2. Purge or vent solenoid is defective 3. Vacuum leak somewhere around the engine. If none of these common solutions work, then seek out your mechanic or dealer...

DeSoto 330,341,345 intakes
I havent seen any, but I'm no expert either. Looking to price a dual 4bbl intake that accepts newer carbs for the early DeSoto hemi's. I think these engines are considered tall deck, FireFlight. There seems to be some practical update to the thermostat housing thats much desired. Does anybody know o...
