Lifters my kind of subject, scrounged around and got a 330 lifter, got a 383 lifter and the oil grove is in exactly the same location got a small block 318 to 360 lifter and the oil grove is further down the lifter. Figured I could turn the small block lifter grove and make it the same as the 330 on...

Hi Gullwing, would be interested in looking at the possibility of these adaptors. Are you making any provision to link then together say with a small tube to provide a common source of vacuum for a map sensor. I’m just negotiating with a pattern maker to produce a four barrel manifold for my 330. ...

Hi Brian, can’t help you much but I believe the LA (318 340) balancer from an internally balanced motor can be made to fit. They are correct in everything but the keyway, either get a hemi crank key that has been steeped to suit the balancer or get the keyway in the balancer broached out to suit t...

So what’s the story with drilling the heads for water? Is this a viable option to using the outlets between the intake ports?

looking forward to getting into this. Will order thebook this week.

I have some LA lifters I was going to sell so might just hold onto them and check it out. Hopefully someone will know about the issues of fitting the LA timing cover

Hi New to the hemi world, I live in New Zealand and always wanted one so have just purchased a 330 Desoto from the USA. It is in the process of being shipped so I don’t exactly know what I’m getting until it arrives. I’m interested in the adaptation of the LA small block front cover, could any...
