392 Hemi Engine #'s for determining Value...
I was told by the owner that it says "1175" on the top behind the water pump. I have not seen the engine. I told him to pull a valve cover off to see a # on the head for comfirmation. Is "1175" a real hemi block #?

What is the value of a 1959 392 Hemi as a core to rebuild?
I have a friend with a 1959 pickup truck with an original 392 Hemi. It did run, but spun a bearing and rod cap due to a hydrolock issue/headgasket I think... The crank is still good, all internals are ok... He wants to sell the engine rather than junk it & wants to know the value... Any help wo...
