Hello,
Has anyone ever seen a 1958 Imperial with a standard transmission? There's a flywheel on Ebay that the owner says came off a '58 Imperial with a standard. I thought everything in '57 and '58 were automatics.

4 Speed on a 392
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. On a '58 392, since these never showed up in a car with a standard transmission, the crank isn't milled for a pilot bearing. Is that correct? I'm trying to figure how hard it would be to put a 4 speed behind my 392.

My son posed a question to me. I have a Iskenderian 6-71 blower sitting on a little T-bucket I own and he recommended putting on my 392 engine. This engine was built for bracket racing already and I don't know exactly what compression ratio the pistons are. What would be the safest boost to run this...

Newby here, bought my first hopped up Hemi. Serial number shows it to be a '58 Imperial engine. Has had some work done to it and sounds pretty mean. Have some things to work out on it though. First off, this has what appears to be a center sump oil pan. How much oil shoould it hold with a remote oil...
