You can correct me if I am wrong but are you the same guy that Bob Walker kicked off his web site. And you would then re-post under another name. This was in his classifieds section I was told not to buy anything from you From fear of being ripped off.

So I quess from the lack of replys no one has used one. This has to be the worst forum going, this site is dead. You would think a HEMI website would be a happening place, but from what I have seen here I"ll stick to Moparts!

392 Tunnel Rams

Would like to hear from someone who has used either the HotHeads or PAW tunnel rams. Would like feedback good or bad and what carbs did you use, and your engine combo. Thanks

wall thickness

I agree my 392 was bored .070 over and I sonic checked it first. Most checked at .300 to .280 plenty thick for a street use. 407 cubic inches.

Crate Hemi

I would recomend Indy Cylinder Head, they make their own blocks and heads. I bought my Hemi from them and the received it in about TWO weeks. Very happy with their service. I would not recomend RAY BARTON poor quality (unless your a big bucks super stock racer) and you will wait for ever for a engin...

You have only two choices if you want a new one HotHeads or Weiand. I think the HotHeads is better.

If it was my engine I would plug the hole. The timing chain is oiled through splash. I think the gear drive is the same, No extra oil is needed.

No special tools, you just remove caliper first then remove rotor. I trust you have done a brake job before? Let me know.

pvc

If you have a engine with a big cam and performance is your goal, why would you want to run a pvc anyway? Just use breathers in your valve covers and vent the crankcase pressure. The oil mist that the pvc sucks up is not good for performance and may cause pinking (spark knock) I use two breathers in...

If not can a 426 hemi crank be made to fit. Thanks

Hemi deck plates

Anyone out there have deck plates for the 392 that would like to rent them? I am building a motor and have not been able to find a shop near me that has them. I know that Hot Heads has them but shipping a block that far is not cheap, and I am not willing to drive it down. Thanks!

That info you have is correct. And yes my truck is a standard cab. Those
times I ran are on a STOCK truck. I am going to install a cold air intake
and run it again. I will post the new times.
