Glass Packs

I was wondering how the small tube glass packs sound. I currently have the 50 Series Flowmaster on and am not to happy with the sound at idle. I was thinking of using JakeDogg's idea of making a true dual set up using Ravin Glass Packs. Also, Flowmaster makes a new Super 40 series. I was wondering i...

Here is a site for the headers for the 2x4. This looks like the best system out there. It is stainless steel and has high flow cats with it.

2004 HEADERS

Has anybody put on or know where I can get long tube headers? I have a 2004 Hemi that is a 4x4. I have seen them for the 2x4's. Thanks in advance!!

I installed the flowmaster one in and two out. It is the 50 American Thunder Series. If I had to do it again, I would put in a 40 Series instead. I would like a little bit more rumble while the truck is sitting still. While driving, the truck has a nice deep rumble to it. Who knows, I might take it ...

When we were putting on my flowmaster system, I started up my truck without the muffler on and I was suprised it wasn't louder. Those cats up by the engine must do one hell of a job. As far as performance goes, I don't know what would happen.

A guy around me cut out his insert for his dual exhaust on the driver's side. I am wondering if I can get the kit without the cut out. I have my dual exhaust out the rear and am getting the ground effect kit. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!!

Hemi911, I looked on the web page for Dynatech headers and only found them for the 2003 Hemi 2x4. Did you have to call for the 2004 and also do you know if they make them for a 4x4. Thanks in advance!!!!

I have a 2004 4x4 with the 3.92's and antislip and I can't burn them either unless the pavement is wet or there is gravel on the road. However when I was test driving the Hemi, I drove the one with the smaller gears and without antislip and I was able to burn them a little bit.

Thanks for the tip! I have heard Rams with the 4.7 Liter with the 40 series and they sound a lot louder than my more powerfull Hemi! I can't have that!! I just like the louder sounding muffler because when I pull up to a car show, I want my truck rumbling!

I have the American Thunder 50 Series Flowmaster on my 2004. It is single in and dual out. It sounds awsome on acceleration but I was a little dissapointed in the idle sound. I put 4" tips on and that help out some. I am not sure if I changed to a 40 series if it would sound any louder on idle....
