I don't know if there are any aftermarket cranks available for the 392, someone else here like T R Waters may know. You could also check with Bob Walker at www.hothemiheads.com as he would know for sure. The 426 crank won't fit and can't be made to fit because the bore spacing is different.

Paul, check with Bob Walker at www.hothemiheads.com . If anyone is making adapters for the extended blocks he will either have them or know where you can get them.
