they have nothing in common with a conventional head. The D-5 motor is different other than the crankshaft,rods,camshaft , timing gears and oil pump.
Special are the D-5 block, pistons. valves, rocker arms,covers and stands . no other parts interchange.

As a car in competiton DEFINATELY A NO. maybe AND just maybe perhaps as a test and tune for a magazine but a a very slight possbility if any. I highly doubt it.

My brother swears that my first car, a 1970 (?) Dodge Colt, had a hemi engine. It sure did fly....but can someone tell me definitively if it did or did not have a hemi engine?? Thanks for any info!! I had a 1973 Dodge Colt. They did come with what they called the "Mini Hemi" I have no idea
