1) Get your truck 2) open the hood 3) locate the spark plugs in relation to the valve covers If the valve covers have the spark plugs outside the covers you have a non hemi engine, if the spark plugs are in the middle of the valve covers you have a hemi of some kind. Scrape the front of the engine a...

Hey Andy, if you call a firm you will find out that they can not possibly "list" every item they have available for sale and they have the part or will tell you where to get it. (If Kantor sells rebuilt pumps they need to get the rebuild kits or parts you are looking to purchase.) They can...

56A engines were 354 inch motors not extended bell motors. Thats what I said, but is there a way to tell the year by the info, or do I have to delve into the casting numbers. The intake/right head one is not visible either. Thanks. DM Casting number would all be the same serial number could give yo...

I don't want to run the chevy pump and the original pumps are getting old. Would like a fresh kit. Thanks.
Try Kantor auto parts in New Jersey.

Sorry guys, the bellhousing that bolts on to the engine goes all the way to the distributor. It is just hard to see in the pics. It is square along the back of the engine. I did find a data plate behind the left head tho. Model IND-56A Type 2 36 Sn# 15798 Ok, so its a 354 according to the plate, bu...

Have you done any flow work to determine the optimal lengths of the runners? The degree of their installation is important also to determine the amount of vacuum and gravity feed assistance available. The larger the angle of installation the more difficult it becomes to get good signals to the carbs...

I was pretty sure they didnt make a 392 Ind, by the lack of info, but its all kind of confusing. I updated pics. Should be 3 total. Can take more if needed. Didnt answer the serial # problem, tho. I'll have to show Goran this, he has posted here.... I've never seen an "8 second 1/4 mile" claimed by Goran, in fact he says his car is not set up for drag racing. It's an absolute incredible piece of engineering IMO. It's not a drag racer, it's a complete thoroughly thought out package ...

What specs are you tring to find?

The 7623 is lighter, has straighter and larger ports, and fits all Chrysler early Hemi combos nicely. Jegs Summit or Dale Welch sell them for about 300 bucks.

It would probably be much cheaper to find one of the old Speed Gems trans adaptors to Cad Lasalle transmissions. They float around for 30-50 bucks. You can modify them very easily.
