i need help for far far hemi!!

hi im noob in this forum and need help to decode a hemi engine
i have a early engine but when i try to decode troubles begin:

serial number

intake manifold: 1637625-1 (392) done!!
heads: 1619823-1 (354) done!!!
block: NE5b7234 ..mmm a B it can be posible? what that mean?

the engine was use for old racing boat . and i think its 3 engine mix
i dont know.... what block engine is 331 , 392 or 354?
im sure that isnt a marine engine.

some one cant help me.

The "b" is actually a "6" :

NE56-7234

It is from a 1956 Chrysler New Yorker. model C-72. and is the 6,234th engine built (1001 was the first).

It is a 354-cid hemi engine.
