need help decoding the engine number

Found a hemi in what looks to be an old starter unit for a jet engine.
The vehicle looks like something from an airport and has a long extension rod from the bell housing. The number is 1323329 and the valve covers have the word firepower on them. Any help would be appreciated

It is an extended block 331
