Are you spinning tires? Did you drop as much weight as you can? I ran a 15.11 with a quad and 3/4 tank gas-no tailgate or spare. With a little more you should be able to get some great times going.

I was 1 thenth in the 1/8 and 2 thenths in the 1000' slower than my best. The truck should have run 14.75 in the 1/4 at least. I had no weight reduction on the truck. Mine is an 04 so the tq management is still working. I have no idea what the short times were but it felt like it did spin a little.

Looking at your numbers, it looks like your truck is falling off slightly in the 1/4. A 9.5 in the 1/8 should equate to around a 14.8@91 mph.
Your 9.44 should have netted you around a 14.72@92 mph.

The 1/8 mile time looks very good though, especially since the Hemi doesn't really come alive till the upper rpms. I would figure the Hemi would make up ground after the 1/8 mile and not fall off slightly.

I know the exhaust setup on the 04's is effecting the truck in the Upper rpms though and this could slow you down though the 1/4.

This motor needs to breath IN AND OUT to really show it's potential.
