Silverstar Headlights

Can anyone give me their opinion on these lights, if any? I also see that when i put in my vehicle info they give me two numbers (9007LL, and 9007ST), i am assuming one bulb does both High/Low, so which on of these is the silverstar?
Black 2003 4x4 QC 3.92's. Westin Signature Series Chrome Stepsides. A.R.E Fiberglass Bed Cover. Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Cat Back Exhaust. Chrome Altezza Tail Lights.
