New JEEP Commander...possible to swap 5.7 to 6.1?

Hi guys. Does anyone know how easy it is to swap the 5.7L HEMI in a JEEP Commander for the 6.1L HEMI that the GrandCherokee SRT8 comes with? Thanks for any info or advice.
