5.7 Hemi..........727 Trans

Does anyone know if the 5.7 Hemi truck engine will bolt up to the old small block 727 trans? If so, what kind of flexplate is used?

Yes the 5.7 is a small block bolt pattern.you have to run the factory spacer to get the right crank to block spacing.there are no readily avalible flexplates.you can run the factory hemi flywheel,and cut the ring off,but i'm sure there will be some aftermarket flexplates soon.here is some info on my conversion http://mysite.verizon.net/ls6ron/
