6.1 swap into 5.7 car

I got a report from someone who had a 6.1 swapped into
his Charger R/T to replace the 5.7. Sounds like its really
an easy swap with only the PCM needing a re-tune. Even
the 5.7 wiring and accessories carryover onto the 6.1 ok.

So, anyone contemplating the swap, it sounds real easy!

Now I just need to get myself a 5.7 vehicle...

You are right that swap should be pretty easy but how about a swap into a v-6 charger or magnum. Has anyone attempted that yet. Just to save a few more $$$$$
