Tried searching for an answer, but is today's 5.7L Hemi 50-State Certified/Compliant?

They sell them in all 50 states, don't they?

I was just wondering. At this point, it looks like I will purchasing a new Ram out of state. In order to pass California Emissions, it must be 50-State Certified...

I have no idea. I would check with your registration office.
Maybe they have some advice on what will need to happen or
what you need to be on the look out for? People move to Cali
all the time and bring cars with them, so there must be a way
they handle the situation already. It's probably easy for new
cars, I would think?
