Bischoff's new hemi at Engine Masters Challenge

Yahoo!!! Bischoff's engine was by far the class of the field. He just plain smoked everyone. Nobody was even close.
Not only did he win convincingly, but he also won the highest peak horsepower award. And his engine was far from the largest.
I just acquired a 5.7 hemi (no idea of what it's out of, but looks old/high mileage). I thought that I had seen a book on the gen 3 hemi's, but couldn't find one at Barnes and Noble.
Can anyone recommend reading resources for these engines? I can't wait to tear it apart and see what's inside.
