Lowering a Quad Cab with 20's

I want to lower my 2004 2WD Quad Cab. I have the factory 20 inch rims and tires. How low can I go before the tires will rub? Please share your experiences, what works, and what to avoid.

go with ground force 1.5 in the front and 4.3 in the back and comes with high pressure shocks........this gives it a balenced out look and better handling.

i like the g force kit but the hotchkis kit slams it with new set of leafs in the rear. bitchin handleing ive heard but what about towing? should i run airbags?
