Looks like a late 50's 392 Chrysler Hemi to me.

The spacing between the top edge of the water crossover manifold where it bolts on the head and the bottom edge of the valve cover is too wide. Both the 392 and the 354 use the same water crossover manifold, and since the 354 is a low deck block the heads are lower, therefore the water crossover manifold is higher on the front of the head on a 354. Hope this makes sense.
