Windshield wipers

Ok, not exactly an engine related subject, but I need to to rant. I just baught brand new winter blades for my Ram, and today we had our first real freeze. Guess what, I had the exact same problem as with my old non-winter blades, either sjust smearing the mess, or not even touching it. Now, I know its me and not the truck, because I have never owned a vehicle on which the wiper blades did any good once the temp got below freezing.
