1970 B5 Hemi 4 Speed Superbird

I am willing to bet that my neighbor is full of crap because hes an Old's guy and I'm a mopar nut but......he told me he went and looked at a 1 owner 1970 Petty Blue Superbird,hemi 4 speed that is sitting outside the Houston area. It is in a barn on about 20 acres. The owner wanted to give it to his oldest son (18) but he wants a jap-crap car so he is saving it for his youngest son (16 w/ no permit to drive). My neighbor won't give me the phone number because he knows I'll buy it in a heart beat so he's being a total butt-head. I am looking for numbers on the car and I'm finding 1920 total production, 93 hemi cars, can't find any 4 speed numbers and 5% B5 blue (96 cars). My neighbor told me the guy doesn't even know what he has, shows by trying to give it to his 16 yr old. I just need to vent before kill my neighbor and bury him in my back yard. What an butt! How do I get the phone number from him? NEED HELP!@#$@#
