I saw an article 10 years ago on these and finally thought to look and see if the company was still around.
Small block ford V8 (302) with a properly prepared bottom end spins to 14,850rpms with a set of these head and produces 480hp and and 454 lb ft of torque !
The gas mileage would appeal to me for sure
I hope nobody takes this as trolling...I'm just a sucker for any kind of technology.

A blown, 498 inch Rotary Valve Hemi!
The Coates rotary valve set-up is cool, but the idea is not new or unique. The basic idea has been around more than a 100 years - almost as long as the internal combustion engine itself. Check this out too. Circa 1985. How about an alcohol burning, 498 inch, 8-71 blown, hemi with rotary valve heads???!!!
