original paperwork

need some advice guys, a friend of mine just this morning, asked me to help him out. he was the original purchaser of a hemi cuda, (i will post more info as i get it, yr, etc) the car, under his ownership was never licensed. it was drag raced from the get go. he still has all the original paperwork from where he bought it. sales receipt,mso,order sheet, etc. where can i go to try to find the current owner to hook him up with my friend so this original documentation can be reunited with the car.
