Carb suggestions?

I'm having a 472 Hemi built with aluminum heads.
What carb would you use?

An 850 double-pumper would be my first choice, 750 dominator 2nd (better shock factor when you open the hood).

How much do the heads flow, what are the cam specs, what manifold are you using, how fast do you plan to turn the engine, what size are the headder tubes and collector, what trans in car, and how much does car weigh? The fuel delivery system is also a component in feeding the beast. All these affect the carb choice.
