will early 241 hemi heads fit 440 blocks

No response to this so far, but no, they won't.

The 241 hemi was a small block engine, a sort of pre-A block design. The 241 heads will fit any 1953-58 Dodge hemi/poly engine (241, 270, 315, 325) but no other engine.

For starters, bore centres on the 241 are less than on the B and RB blocks.
