354 (maybe a 392) into a 69 SuperBee

Post by Vagabond »

I've scrapped the 73 Dart project and am looking at a 69 SuperBee with a 400BB in it now. I have a 354 hemi.

I'd like to pull the 400 and put the 354 in, or possibly a 392 (I'm hunting one down now).

Does anyone have a good buildup for a 354 (300 - 500HP). Which would be easier to put in, the 354 or a 392?

Also, what is the link to the Hemi tech papers?

You know, I'm pretty sure my buddy ran a 392 Hemi in his 1969 SuperBee before he went chrome moly 8 second silly on it.
He has a driveshaft company on Vancouver Island now, with a website, I'll see if I can find a link for you...
