Hi all, new to this site,I have the chance to buy a 58 392 keith black hemi.this engine is fresh, with 11.5to 1 comp, std bore, hilborn inj,joe hunt mag.,aluninum flywheel, stainless valves,It also includes a six carb log manifold with six fresh strombergs, and a log manifold for eight strombergs.comes complete with inj.pump, starter, and dry stacks for a boat application.it has been 30 minutes on an engine dyno with pulls just short of 950 hp.my question is what is this thing worth?I don't even know what I'd do with it,but if I get it I'll deal wth that problem later,I do have a 67 sport fury thats not doing much these days,HMMM.well, thanks in advance,JohnnyB

You've got the right idea - get the motor if you can,
THEN figure out what to do with it!

That Fury would make quite a unique combo!

But - FORGET about using a 6 or 8 deuce setup.
A friend of mine tried one on a sbc and it was
an impossible nightmare to tune and never did
run worth a crap. Eye candy ONLY.

Now that Hillborn - there are outfits that convert
those to efi - with all the streetability of modern
electronic fuel injection. THAT would be WAY cool
with those Hillborn stacks sticking up thru that
Fury hood!!!
