I saw the car years ago at Englishtown. This was during the closing days of Mopar's involvment with P/S so they really weren't used much. The car, as I recall was built by S&M & Don hardy Racecars in Texas. They had the usual P/S tricks done to them but oddly enough a fairly stock front-end. When I saw the car it had twin plug heads. This was all around the time Mopar was playing with the D-3 & D-5 heads so I imagine it was equipped with them at some point. NHRA limited the engine size on these things (match races were a whole other story) so they ran either 396 or 366 cu. ins. (just de-stroked 426s,really) They weren't all that successful in P/S and often ran in Comp Elim. as Altereds.
