331 questions

Will anything from a 354 or 392 interchange with a 331 out of an Imperial? Can the 331 be bored and stroked? if so, how much? I don't know much about the engine, other than it has a factory 4bbl manifold. My goal is to get 400 hp and ft/lbs. Is it possible? Thanks.
