Has anyone purchased hydraulic lifters from Hot Heads? If so, how are they? I have some sitting here and they are unmarked. I'm tempted to send them back for fear they are of questionable quality or Chinese made. They told me they were made by "Enginetech" but when calling "Enginetech", they no nothing about them.
Any feedback would be appreciated!

Re: Hot Heads lifters
I've had a lot of contact with Bob Walker (owner, Hot Heads). He's as trustworthy as they come. Call him, and you'll get a straight answer.

Re: Hot Heads lifters
I have just had my 392 fully rebuilt using hotheads hydraulic lifters , they come with a no brand on the cardboard box , after initial break in on cam the lifters became noisey, engine shop re set the rockers and found that a couple of the lifters were bleeding back very quickly , i now have to get another set of known brand lifters and replace them ,
also on my blown 331 , which has done only about 80 miles the same lifter noise has appeared these were the same no brand lifters that were supplied with the rebuild kits
i have to ring bob and ask if there is another brand of lifter he can get me
