Origin of This Distributor?? Military / Government?

Post by Beltran »

All take a look at this distributor / coil set up and tell me where you have seen it before? I believe it is U.S. military or government issue for the Chrysler 331 / 354's. One person told me he thought they were used on M113-APV's. Could use some other references.

Yup, typical military designed for wet operations. Be sure to keep the drive shaft with the dizzy as it is 'special'.
Note here, some of the units are 12 volt and others are 24 volt.

I know this is an old post, but check with A.B. Linn in Salisbury, NC. He's in the book.
