question 1 ) I just inherited my uncles 331 powered generator and I need to find out what type of oil/oil filter is used in these motors as I need to change it....I was thinking of using a 15w40 since I buy it by the barrel for my shop, but I have scoured the local parts shops and farm supply stores looking for the filter....No avail yet....Btw, this motor has a hourmeter which only shows about 50 hrs of use, and it sat inside for its whole life.....So I can say this is a low "milage" motor
Question 2 ) While on the subject of filters, is there any way to convert the canister filter assembly to a more convential screw on type? I was considering putting one in a 69 Dart, but noticed I might have to chop the fender to change filter and don't really want to do this...Ideas appreciated
