Nothin..but you will have to either enlarge or make a spacer ring for the input shaft snout...it indexes the center of the trans and helps support the nose of the trans...do that FIRST..then drill the mounting holes.

Thanks for the reply, that is the way I'm going w/ this since early Cad Lasalle trannys are pricey

There is an adapter on ebay right now. Is for putting an early ford trans behind an extended bell chrysler. Ebay number is 7901495869. Hope this is some help.
