We’ve shown you the spyshots of the upcoming Wrangler JL pickup, and Jeep has already confirmed it’s happening. However, if 18 months or so is too long for you to wait to get a new Jeep pickup, there is another option. AEV Conversions has offered its Brute Double Cab extended-wheelbase JK Wrangler pickup since 2012 and quickly established its reputation as one of the cleanest Wrangler pickup conversions on the market. However, the curtain is about to fall on this popular variant in advance of Jeep’s factory offering. If you want to own one of the last JK Brutes, AEV is encouraging all interested buyers to submit their order before March 31, 2017.

The variations on the Brute are limited only by your imagination, with engines offered up to a 6.4L high-output Hemi V-8. And yes, you can even get that bellowing beast of a Hemi with a six-speed manual transmission. Be prepared to shell out Range Rover levels of money for a fully built Brute. The base Double Cab package is $41,665, not including the base donor vehicle, which can add anywhere from $30,000 to $50,000. If you want the Hemi, add another $30,900 to the tab. There are also plenty of à la carte add-ons, including a Dynatrac 60 rear axle for $8,811 and many others. If price is no object for you to own the Jeep of your dreams, click over to aev-conversions.com to order your Brute Double Cab today.
