Keith Black HEMI heads p4120711 what can you tell me about them.
Will they work on a 426 block, what special items will they require.
Can you run them on the street, water, half water, solid.

usually water heads .it all depends if they have been ported for a blower motor which most of them were. then other use would be poor performance. I suggest you have them flowed first to see if they would have too much for other uses.

many were only 2.25 intake and 1.90 exhaust but that is something that changed according to the combo. I have seen them with 2.35 and 2.40 intake and 2.00 exhaust. Consider the possibilty of going through a few sets of hands and they could be any size. rocker arms and stands are same as a conventional Hemi.Exhaust port might be raised "D" shaped and use a different header flange than factory style.
