315 Poly motor head swap question

Hello,
Will heads and intake off a 241 work on a 315 poly block? Any mods needed?

Check out the discussion George and I have been having (270 hemi heads on 315 Poly block) In addition to the 270 hemi heads aroun here, there is a set of 241 heads. They are about the same thing excetp the 270 heads have a little bigger valves. Does your 315 poly block have round push rod holes, or are they keyholes?
