330 heads on a poly motor???????????????

Hi, am new to the groups aquired a bunch of Hemi heads from an old machine shop that closed their doors, anyways ran the number on a pair of heads 1635779 Desoto 330 .is there a poly motor these can go on without tons of work and is there an intake made only one I found was a two barrel thanx Scott Scotts Hot rods Tacoma wash.........

DeSoto had a poly, but it was built on Dodge block, not a Desoto block
