241 Dodge Red Ram transmission adapter?

Post by gibbonsm »

I have a 1953 241 Dodge Red Ram and want to utilize a stronger more available manual or automatic transmission. Does anyone make a transmission adapter for this engine? I am also interested in any, manuals, literature, resources, parts, partial & complete motors or assessories for the Dodge Red Ram family of engines.

Thanks Scott!

Try these sites;

www.hothemiheads.com
www.wilcap.com

In my opinion T.R. Waters has the best ones on the market.

Thank you! I found it. It also works on the 54 & later 331-354-392!

Tex Smiths Hemi Book has some usefull stuff on Dodges. Check out Doc Fromader's 315 build on webrodder, some of it is aplicable to yours.

Hello Scott

I'm setting up a website to detail my Rat Rod build up. Stay tuned. I hope this note finds you in good health and spirits!

Any other Early HEMI literature or texts that you can recommend?
