I have a '50s era factory dual quad setup with the casting number of 1822004. I don't know if if from a hemi or poly engine. Some help please.

I can't find that # listed in my book, is that off the intake manifold?

Yes. It's covered in old red paint (of course it could have been repainted over the years). The intake bolts are more inline rather than staggered as in the hemis. The thermostat exits in the front top of the manifold. The ports are not that big. A lot smaller than the chryler hemis. Adjacent to the casting number there is a diamond with the letters wMc in it.

Doesn't show in my books for Hemi, or SB or BB.

This manifold is cast iron and there is no aftermarket name cast into it. The intake ports are just about indentical to the Poly motors as are the intake bolt pattern.
What '50 Mopar engine had a 2-4bbl option that was not a Chryler, Dodge or Desoto hemi engine?

Hmmm??? Maybe for a 318??? The 318s used in the
'57 and '58 Plymouth Furys had a factory dual-quads.
