Ravenworks has recently added header flanges to its line-up for the late-model Hemi crowd. With Chrysler’s newest Hemi growing in popularity, Ravenworks has stepped up, making it one of the few companies creating flanges for the Hemi market.

The new in-house designed and manufactured flanges are made from ½-inch 304 Stainless Steel and are coutour-ported, which means the builder does not have to shape tube ends to match the squared port of the new Hemi engines. Thanks to this feature, turbulence is eliminated and exhaust velocity is enhanced for maximum scavenging. A stepped tube locator allows for better weld penetration and tube fitment. Each individual flange is cut from solid billet on a CNC machine to eliminate warp and poor fitment.

“We are committed to our new Hemi program and will continue to develop top-quality parts that are engineered for ease of use, performance, and durability. This flange is one of those products that were missing from the market and it’s already been well received in the Mopar community,” said Bob Schreiber, product designer for Ravenworks.

As is the case with all Ravenworks products, the Hemi header flanges are made in America with American-sourced materials, and sell for $399 per pair.
