FUEL SYSTEM GEN 1 HEMI
reaching out to see if anyone has a opinion on using a stomberg 97 or a rodchester. i have a 1958 392 hemi in a hot rod and looking to upgrade from the single 4 barrel. looking to do a old school system, i located a wc245 2x4 manifold, the 3x2 weland is hard to find. i was told the rodchester are easier to tune and buy, the stromberg are more expensive. looking for reliability and moderate performance. there are places that would set up and tune the carbs on the manifold plumb and ready to install and tune according to the motor spec, mine is stock.
Re: FUEL SYSTEM GEN 1 HEMI
As far as efficiency is concerned going away from a 4 bl to either is a down grade, just an upgrade in the "Cool looks" Dept. If it's a 2X4 you should look for small CFM Edelbrocks. If you meant 2X4, don't remember off hand, is that intake a 3 or 4 bolt design?
