392 TOP END OILING
I HAVE A FRESH ENGINE W/50# OIL PRESSURE, IS IT NORMAL FOR THERE TO BE VERY LITTLE IOL TO THE ROCKERS?

Not a lot compared to modern engines. When priming you have 2 people, one running to oil pump the other slowly turning the crank with a ratchet. There is one point where you'll hear the motor relax a bit, that's where one bank is being oiled, later on you'll find the spot where the other bank oils.
