Headers, exhaust and stall converter are the big items.
Jet has a chip, but I get varying reviews. Once someone
puts out a re-programmer the Hemi is going to get wild.

You got it. I just sold my 496 Indy stroker to build something a little more streetable. It was a 675hp/725tq engine. Tough to drive on the street. Sold it a month ago and now am working on a 451 stroker (400 block) and edelbrock heads.

I just ordered JBA headers, a SUPERCHIPS programmer, Volant Air Intake and a 22" Magnaflow muffler. Hopefully I will have it all on before the end of the month. The programmer will be shipped the first week in April. I'll be sure to brag to everyone of how awesome it is. I had to do something to compensate for the 3.92's and 20's. Plus all these punks in their Civics and Acuras

I've seen a couple of places taking preorders for the hemi superchips tuner. Superchips keeps saying May till it "should" be released. And also says that will be for the '03 only and the '04 will be later this year. Who knows what is really going on. The preorder places are taking payments at retail, or slightly under.
